Community votes express interest. Practical tests and documented evidence help assess usefulness; a vote does not establish ownership or guarantee funding.
Organizations can enquire about scoped challenge design, managed testing or ecosystem programmes. Service fees and sponsor prize budgets are separate, with work agreed in writing.
Funding interest is non-binding. Sponsors pay prizes directly under published terms. The platform does not offer investment settlement, live tokens, staking or pooled capital.
